Those last three weeks have been rich in results for the Horse Pilot Team ! Our riders have been able to counter the difficulties of the competition ! Focus on the latest performances achieved by our champions…
About fifteen podiums for our jumping Pilots.
Olympic rider, Philippe Rozier, stood out on tracks at 1.45m on three occasions, notably by taking the third place in the Fontainebleau 2* Grand Prix.
Whereas a week earlier he took second place in the Derby during the 5* CSIO of La Baule, our quick Harold Boisset offered himself the victory of a 4* arena at 1.50m in Bourg-en-Bresse.
Grégory Cottard took the third place of a 4* class at 1m50 still in Bourg-en-Bresse… Before falling in a 1.45m class, Gregory confided after his stunt that “my airbag avoided much more serious consequences. I’ll be able to get back on my horse in just a few days, just until my ankle feels better.” He was in Drammen the following week.
Nina Mallevaey was already ranked at the CSI 3* in Béthune, and took the fifth place in a 2* (1.40m) labelled class.
In the same place, Cédric Angot took the second step of the podium at the end of a 4* round and ranked fifth on a speed class at 1.50m.
Guillaume Foutrier went to two 4* prize giving especially after his double clear rounds 1m45 conceding him the second place.
Our eventer Pilot, Maxime Livio, was ready to battle it out on the cross country; Engaged on the Grand National in Le Lion-d’Angers, he bought himself the luxury of climbing both first and second places in the Pro Elite class!
Aerotech beyond borders
With already a victory in pocket on a 3* speed class and a third place on 1.45m, Grégory Cottard continued his journey at the 3* CSIO Drammen on the same tone. Selected for the Nations Cup, he contributed to the French victory with his Urhelia Lutterbach who was taking his first steps on such a class.
With her electric blue jacket, Félicie Bertrand made the trip to the 3* CSIO of Lisbon where she ranked three times. Let’s hold on to his good fourth place in a 1.50m speed class.
In Moorsele, it was Rik Hemeryck who distinguished himself by winning the 2* Grand Prix associated to his Tum Play du Jouas.
Olivier Robert was in Windsor and St. Gallen 5* area, where he went at six prize giving ceremonies. It was in Switzerland that he was rewarded for his fifth place in the Grand Prix, his two third places on tracks between 1.40m and 1.50m and finally his victory in the Nations Cup with the French team!
Still in the land of chocolate, the Belgian guy François Mathy Jr was ninth in a 5* class before contributing to his team’s third place during the Nations Cup.
In the south of the France, Jérôme Guery, with the assurance of his air-bag, and Shane Breen have walked the tracks of the Longines Global Champions Tour of Saint-Tropez by lining up several rankings in 5* labeled classes.
Excellent performances that increase the statistics of our ambassadors. Hoping that spring will finally settle on the country, they can in the meantime count on RAIN FREE light, waterproof and stretch. Perfect for the unstable weather of the moment… Keep going Pilots!
