Hi it’s me, Charles TARDIVEAU. I am 47 and I live in Mauguio (next to Montpellier in France) since 2019. I am married and have 3 kids : two of them are living in Rennes.

Concerning my studies, after my highschool graduation, I got my degree at Paris XVI business school. My professional experiences are mainly focused on the trade area but are very different : sales representative, store manager, export and sales manager…
Your job at Horse Pilot
It’s been 4 years since I started working as a Europe & Export Sales Manager at Horse Pilot.
I have an atypical background with the brand. I have been one of the first Horse Pilot clients, buying the ceramic jacket to Aurelien (one of the 3 co founders), on a 5* show in the North (in Strazeele exactly). When I was working as a store manager in Scandinavia, I already used to buy Horse Pilot products.
Today, I am in charge of elaborating business action plans all over Europe, South America, Middle East and Oceania. I also take care of the brand’s B2B client portfolio. Finally, I support the retailers and the sales representatives in optimizing the selling process.
Your relationship with horse riding
I am the co-owner of some jumping horses and am a small lover of horse breeding. I have seen in the eyes of the last horse I rode that I should leave that to professionals : too much respect for the animal, according to my poor horse riding level!
Your passion for sport
Former national academic handball player, I am a big fan of sports; but an unconditional sofa lover. I enjoy playing collective sports, but I also love skiing and swimming (from time to time). I take a huge pleasure in beating my colleagues at “office ping pong” and boules. Passionate about travel, the ones that I prefer are those finishing by a slight swim in the pool, with a Pina Colada cocktail. What a good program, isn’t it?
Finally, I love motorcycling and am a huge fan of sneakers.
