Who are you?
My name is Camille, I’m 23 years old and I’m originally from the South of France! I’ve always lived between Aix-en-Provence and La Ciotat, and I’m a real lover of the sun and the sea.
My studies don’t go back that far: I began my studies with a DUT in Sales Techniques at the IUT in Toulon, during which I studied marketing and communications, as well as management and sales. I then completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Digital Communication in Aix-en-Provence, while doing a work-study placement in a communications agency.
I was missing something in communications, my artistic and creative spirit was limited, so I turned to a Master’s degree in Digital Art Direction at Ynov Campus, also in Aix-en-Provence.
It was then, in September 2021, that I joined the Horse Pilot team as an apprentice Communications and Content Creation Assistant.
Your role at Horse Pilot
At the end of my work-study period, Horse Pilot offered me a permanent contract to continue the adventure!
So, since October 2023, I’ve been Brand Content Coordinator. My role is to oversee the brand’s image, create brand campaigns and films, shoot the collections and organize communication around all this content.
It’s an all-round job that requires creativity, organization and a good knowledge of trends in the world of horses, sports and the outdoors in general.
Your relationship with horse riding
I’ve been a rider since the age of 4. I started out riding and taking pony lessons, but soon turned to show jumping, because I love competition and the adrenaline rush when the bell rings!
Unfortunately, I had to take a break during my studies, too busy with revision (and student parties). Working at Horse Pilot made me want to get back on the horse, so I went back to leisure riding at my childhood stable!
Your passion for sport
For a long time, I used to go surfing on the Atlantic coast in the summer; it’s a sport I really enjoy because of the direct contact with nature and the ocean, and I think it’s really cool!
I also love going skiing: in fact, I always have my Storm Jacket with me when I hit the slopes!
Otherwise, like any self-respecting Marseillaise, you can find me at the Velodrome to support Olympique de Marseille, forever first!
Your favorite Horse Pilot outfit
I love the Suntech with the X-Design for sunny days, I find this outfit super elegant! For winter, I’m a fan of the Long Raintech but the Essential stays a must have.
