Because crisis also allow us to reinvent ourselves and move forward, Horse Pilot decided to take the positive out of this situation and launched a new project: the Afterworks by Horse Pilot. A good occasion to meet again, always in accordance with the sanitarian rules.
A new project to support retailers
« It’s a project we have been working on since the beginning of 2020 and to which the sanitarian crisis gave a new dimension. It was important to us to support our tack shops when reopening and to meet our customers, while ensuring a safe sanitarian environment. The idea was to offer to our resellers a key concept by organizing, for them, an event providing a real customer experience. We wanted to encourage the riders to come back in the shops after a period of confinement which made them change their habits. » Laura, Events Manager, in charge of the Afterworks project.
Therefore, Horse Pilot started a tour all over France but also in Belgium, around a common concept, but in order to offer a unique experience proper to each store. At these event’s program: encounters and recommendations around an aperitif cocktail, with the introduction of the new collection, private sales and airbag testing.
The Northern France tour is ending, Marc, manager of the Sellerie du Loing tack shop, told us about his impressions after this event: « It was a pleasure to organize this Afterwork with the Horse Pilot team. The concept is very adaptable, and as we were lucky to have a beautiful summer evening, it allowed us to be as comfortable in the shop as outside. The Horse Pilot team arranged a friendly cocktail space in which we could admire the new collection with a drink. Thanks to this beautiful presentation and their happiness, we got the chance to welcome the riders in a festive atmosphere, punctuated by tests and discoveries, as for the example the airbag with their new Aerotech 2.0 show jacket that the riders had the opportunity to try on. »
