Who are you ?

My name is Marie, I’m 25 and I’ve been working at Horse Pilot since 2021 in the digital division, in La Ciotat. I live in Marseille, I ride horses and I’m the recent owner of a little cocker spaniel, Vaïa, who I take everywhere, even to the office.

Originally from Savoie, I studied Marketing between Annecy and Chambéry. In 2021, before starting my final year of my Master’s degree, I came across an advertisement for a work-study position with Horse Pilot. I applied straight away, choosing to spend a year alternating between La Ciotat and Chambéry.

A choice that paid off, since at the end of my Master’s degree, in September 2022, I officially joined the team, first as a Digital Marketing Assistant and now as a Webmarketing Manager.

Your role at Horse Pilot

At Horse Pilot I’m in charge of Webmarketing. It’s a fairly broad role, but I’m mainly responsible for managing the BTOC and BTOB sites, SEO strategy and CRM strategy. To support me on a day-to-day basis, I work with a number of agencies and freelancers.

Your relationship with riding

I started riding at the age of 6 and never stopped. I’ve almost always ridden in riding schools and I’ve learned a lot there. I was very much into show jumping from the start, but that didn’t stop me from taking an interest in other disciplines : dressage, eventing, pony game and also free-riding.

I’ve had several half-pensions, each of which enabled me to pass a step. I’m currently riding two young horses, both with show jumping in mind.

Your passion for sport

As well as riding, I do a lot of running ! It’s a sport that complements riding, and it’s quite pleasant to run along the corniche in the morning at sunrise or in the evening at sunset.

Originally from the Savoie region of France, I always return to the mountains in winter to ski !

Your favorite Horse Pilot outfit

The Suntech is my favorite product for riding, hiking in the calanques or running under the Marseille sun. To complete my riding outfit, I choose the X-Balance with pocket for phone and the Essential for the winter.
